Cancellation Policy

I totally understand that things come up, and I do my best to be flexible. To keep everything running smoothly and respect everyone’s time, please review the following: Cancellations: • Free cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. • Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. • No-shows will be charged 95% of the scheduled service to the card on file. Late Arrivals: • If you are 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, you will need to reschedule and will be considered a no-show. • For 30-minute services (such as men’s cuts), the late window is shorter: arriving 10 minutes late will be considered a no-show and the no-show fee applies.
